School Counselor
The Clearbrook-Gonvick School District is seeking a full-time K–12 School Counselor beginning
with the 2026–2027 school year. Applicants must hold or be eligible to obtain a Minnesota
School Counselor license.
The successful candidate will support a school-wide counseling
program focused on academic planning, college and career readiness, and guidance counseling,
while also providing social-emotional and mental health support. Preferred qualifications
include experience working with k-12 students, implementation of social-emotional learning and
collaboration with staff and families to support student success across all grade levels.
This is a salary position with an anticipated salary range of $48,251-$80,916 dependent on
previous education and years of experience. Benefits include: Health Insurance, 403b
retirement match, PTO, and TRA retirement contribution.
